Join us for a night of resistance as we come together as community celebrate trans and queer resistance over food, drink, and dance as we build community pride.

Pride is inherently political — The state continuously polices Black and Brown bodies, trans bodies, queer bodies, indigenous bodies, our undocumented community, and folks with disabilities, histories of homelessness and incarceration. There is active legislation that denies trans, gender non-conforming and non-binary people the ability to show up whole and live free from violence.

Living Unapologetically Queer or Trans is a political statement! We also must not forget our rich legacy that spawned The Stonewall Riots of 1969, The Co...mpton Cafeteria Riots of 1965 and The Cooper Donuts Uprising of 1959. We must remember that our liberation has been led by trans and gender non-conforming people of color who had nothing to lose.

PRIDE WAS BORN FROM RESISTANCE TO STATE VIOLENCE!

More details coming soon.
