The Kissimmee family lives in an unpredictable house of numbers – feral triplets, their fluttering mother Moth, and a father whose absence haunts the household. They are shut-ins: there’s nothing to eat, no way to leave, and dangerous objects fall unpredictably from the sky. One day, makeup kits from the heavens crash down around them, prompting the triplets to perform an impromptu theatrical, asking: what really happened to dad? The monstrous Kissimmees learn just how monstrous they really are.
New Paradise Laboratories
creates a weirdly ravishing world, a comic reality where nothing can be predicted, where meteors make beautiful music, and blades falling from the sky can save your life.

ABOUT NEW PARADISE LABORATORIES
New Paradise Laboratories (Philadelphia) is an experimental performance ensemble that explores radical means of expression to bend and reshape conventional ideas of theatre. NPL likes performance to be a visionary experience. It uses a variety of creative strategies to realize this desire, including company-devising techniques, cross-media design elements, and site-specific installation. NPL pieces value accidental inspiration, sudden paradigm shifts, and shocks to the system.
