Free Insanity Class Promoting GU Relay for Life

Yates will be hosting a FREE Insanity class in sponsorship of Georgetown University's Relay for Life event! All Yates members are welcome to join us on April 16 at 6:00PM to enjoy a free class and recognize this great effort.

Insanity Class Description: A total-body conditioning class using MAX Interval Training that will offer you challenging, heart-thumping exercises requiring no equipment! All you need is you!...and some water. Each workout can be modified to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.
