International artist Do Ho Suh’s work explores relationships between memory, displacement, and ideas of home.
Do Ho Suh: Almost Home is the first major exhibition of the artist’s work on the East Coast. It will feature large-scale installations of the artist’s brightly hued “Hub” sculptures—intricately detailed, hand-sewn fabric recreations of homes where Suh has lived from around the world.
Join Suh as he discusses his work for SAAM’s sixth annual James Dicke Contemporary Artist Lecture, honoring SAAM’s former commission chair, James F. Dicke II.
