The panel will be chaired and moderated by Dr. Christina Fink, Professor of Practice of International Affairs at the Elliott School and will feature Dr. Wakar Uddin (professor at the Pennsylvania State University, and Director General of Arakan Rohingya Union) and Ambassador Derek Mitchell (CEO of Shwe Strategies LLC, and a Senior Advisor to both the Albright Stonebridge Group and the U.S. Institute of Peace).
