Group Fitness PROMO WEEK for Spring 2018 will be held from Monday, January 8th through Wednesday, January 17th! During this time, all Group Fitness classes will be FREE for current Yates members, and Unlimited Passes will be sold at a discounted rate. Plus, we will have several special Group Fitness events with giveaways and prizes! Read on for all the details and we look forward to seeing you in the studio!

Purchase your pass starting January 8th either online or in the Yates Main Office. View online purchasing instructions on our website at recreation.georgetown.edu/yates/group-fitness.
*Members who purchase their pass online must bring a receipt in to Yates to receive their free sweat towel. Towels will be provided to the first 100 members to either purchase in-person or provide an online receipt.

Tuesday, January 9: Sweat to the Next Degree Spin Core | 5:15pm-6:15pm, Studio B | Sweat to the next degree (pun intended) in this Spin class and receive some Degree Deodorant giveaways!
Wednesday, January 10: Kickoff with Cocoa | Starting at 8:00am | Sprinkles, whipped cream, and chocolate chips, OH MY! Kickoff the semester at our Hot Chocolate Bar.
Wednesday, January 10: Glow & Flow Power Yoga | 6:00pm-6:50pm, Studio A | Grab a glow bracelet and enjoy Yoga in the dark enhanced by our calming colored LED lights.
Thursday, January: Smarty Pants Spin | 7:00pm-8:00pm, Studio B | Join in on an energizing Spin class sponsored by Smartypants Vitamins. Be sure to enter our raffle before class!
Friday, January 12: H2O & GO Spinning | 7:00am-7:45am, Studio B | Enjoy our 45-minute Spin class and receive an Athleta water bottle!
Friday, January 12: Disco on the Dancefloor Zumba | 6:00pm-6:50pm, Studio A | As if Zumba isn't awesome enough, try turning out the lights and adding neon and disco lights!
Saturday, January 13: Battle of the Boombox Spin Class | 10:30am-11:30am, Studio B | Let's see what really gets you going during this Spin class — Oldies or Today's best music.
Tuesday, January 16: Tea Time Spin | 7:00am-7:45am, Studio B | De-stress by going for a spin, then top it off with free 'stress-free' tea samples!
Tuesday, January 16: Boom Chicka Pop Dance Off | 8:15pm-9:15pm, Studio A | Dance the day off in this hip-hop based class, then grab a bag of Boom Chica Pop Popcorn for a late night snack. Don't worry — it's healthy!
Wednesday, January 17: Jock Jams & Juice HIIT | 4:45pm-5:45pm, Studio A | Get your Heart rate up while listening to Jock Jams, then finish the workout off right with some post-workout juice and giveaways from South Block!
