Please join us for a session on proper bike fit as we provide you the opportunity to have you and your bicycle placed in a trainer to look for fit, form, and comfort! If you do not have a bike, there's still lots to learn. We'll go over some of the important aspects for optimal pedal power, including:
-Seat/saddle position & leg extension;
-Cleat position on the pedal (if applicable); and
-Handle bar width & reach.
Hand-outs will be provided. At the end, we should have some open shop time for you to make/learn how to make any other necessary adjustments and repairs to your own bike.
— As always, our clinics are FREE and all female/female-identified cyclists of all experience levels are welcome. RSVPs are required via Eventbrite so we can maximize the learning experience for attendees.
