Protest in front of SCOTUS!
Where corporations are involved in human rights abuses, they must be held accountable. To deny victims access to justice is unfair and results in corporate impunity. That’s why we are calling on SCOTUS to choose people over profits!
At 11:00 a.m. on October 11, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) will hear Jesner v. Arab Bank, PLC, in which it is being asked to decide whether corporations can be sued for human rights violations under the Alien Tort Statute (ATS). The ATS is key to holding corporations accountable.

Share your attendance on social media using the hashtag #PeopleOverProfits. Tell your friends about the importance of holding corporations accountable for violating human rights. We do not want to live in a world where corporations can get away with murder and destruction while it is left to ordinary citizens to pick up the pieces!
