«Tiffin» is a common word used for a mid-day meal — usually consumed by adults at work or kids at school! It is typically packed in the ubiquitous multi-storied steel containers that you may have seen on the shelves at our store.
At this class we will demonstrate a simple «Vegetarian Tiffin»:
— Chana Daal Pulao (Long grain rice with split chick peas)
— Matar Paneer (Paneer with Sweet Grean Peas and spices)
— Sookhe Masala Aloo (A simple diced potato dish with cumin and turmeric)
— Raita (A yogurt based side dish that is excellent for helping in digestion)
The class will be followed by enjoying the food we make.
