About the Workshop
Partner yoga offers the opportunity to combine your personal yoga practice with the practice of another, enhancing the physical, mental and spiritual connection as you dive deeper into fun new challenges. Learn skills and strength that will take you to new heights — literally.
This is for all levels: at least 3 months yoga practice recommended and a desire to learn and have fun! You can sign up with a partner or come on your own.
About Chelsey and Mike
Chelsey Korus is an inspirational yoga teachers and philosopher who has been featured in PopSugar, Prevention Magazine, Yoga Journal, Women’s Fitness, Mantra Magazine, Fitness Magazine, and Shape, and is one of the top teachers on Yogaglo. She’s been teaching yoga since the age of 15 and has been an avid life-long learner in numerous movement practices, including: Anusara, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Acro, as well as martial arts, free form dance, and ballet. Mike Aidala is a pioneer of personalized movement training. His signature MAST Method offers an individualized model for physical training that builds stability, flexibility, confidence and strength. The approach promotes mental focus with physical exercises that employ a range of modalities. From collegiate football to Olympic weightlifting, competitive stand-up paddleboarding and partner acrobatics, Mike has spent his life seeking a state of awareness through movement.
