Revitalize and invigorate the senses with a mindful yoga session while taking in stunning, panoramic views of the Potomac River and the Washington Monument from the rooftop of the luxurious and iconic Watergate Hotel.

Our master mindful yoga instructors lead you through a truly transformative experience that combine elements of vinyasa yoga and mindful meditation, bringing awareness to the mind and body — focusing on movement, breath and guided visualization techniques to help alleviate stress, strengthen the body, refocus and re-energize.

Afterwards, reward yourself by basking in breathtaking views while enjoying a healthy, continental rooftop brunch that includes assorted fresh bakery items, market fruits, yogurt, coconut-almond granola, healthy grain cereals, in-house cured smoked salmon, charcuterie and cheese selections, freshly-squeezed orange juice, coffee, teas and bottomless mimosas.

About the Instructor:
A California native, impulsive lover of life, and travel junkie; Sarah was first introduced to meditation as a way to heal the body when she was 19 years old. Since then, she has explored this mind body connection with a fervent curiosity to evolve, but her main goal is to keep it real. She’ll never offer up a technique that hasn’t personally benefited her life. Her lighthearted, nurturing approach is perfect for a beginner as well as the seasoned meditator. Expect to explore meditation with music, silent mantra, breath focus, and/or intention setting — just to name a few! Sarah is a yoga, meditation, and pilates instructor as well as the creator of “Illuminated Living,” a self care and meditation based coaching program.
