We will discuss the origins of anxiety within the body. How it feels and in what ways it expresses it self. We will learn how to effectively turn down those effects how to come down from stress, panic attacks and breakdowns. Learning how to improve mental function and harness the ability we have within.
This class will also discuss chakras:
what are they?
why they matter?
how to tell when they are blocked.
how to open them up.
We will be reviewing crystals, oil remedies and chants to promote healing and relaxation.
Ending the class with a guided meditation and chakra balance.
