If you're a regular at FRESHFARM markets, we're willing to bet that, like us, the sight of all that delicious local food has you dreaming up lots of wonderful creations to keep you fed throughout the week.
The class on Thursday, September 14th and will focus on Pork and Pinot Noir! Chef Austin Fausett will be roasting a full pig here at Proof alongside famed Willamette Valley producer, Patricia Green Cellars.
The class is $60 per person, and will meet at 5:15pm and will conclude at 7:00pm. We will be meeting at Proof.
If you're interested in just the pig roast, tickets are $48 (plus tax and tip) for all you can eat pig.
