Joseph McGann, who goes under the aliases of Kahn and Gorgon Sound, is a British grime and dubstep record producer and DJ known for his contributions to the Bristol underground scene. He runs Bandulu Records with fellow artist Neek;[1] as a proponent of vinyl, it is the only medium he performs with and the only medium his record label releases on.[2] He also ran the night Sureskank, which was one of the first nights that brought Dubstep and Grime to Bristol.[3] More recently, he has put on nights as a part of the experimental Bristol collective Young Echo.[4][5][6] He has had multiple releases on the pioneering dubstep label Deep Medi Musik, with releases such as «Dread», «Abbatoir» and the Volume 1 LP with Gantz and Commodo. He contributed a mix CD as well as a label residency to London's Fabric nightclub.

Neek is a Grime producer from Bristol, UK. He produces records with fellow Bristolian Kahn, with releases under the monikers Kahn & Neek and Gorgon Sound.

Gorgon Sound is a sound system reggae project made up of producers and selectors, Kahn & Neek. Hailing from Bristol U.K, their sound is firmly rooted in the city's famous heritage of sound system music with it's own unique style. Gorgon Sound is a strictly dubplate and vinyl operation.

Goth-Trad Music official (Back To Chill // DEEP MEDi, Japan)

A unique producer with a unique style, Goth-Trad has emerged from the Japanese electronic scene in the last decade as one of the most arresting artists from his generation. ‘The Sound Originator,’ Goth-Trad creates remarkable dance music with an abstract approach.

It was with this third album that Goth-Trad would finally break into the international market during 2006 thanks primarily to one track — Back To Chill — which would soon become synonymous with the Japanese dubstep scene. Inspired by the grime sounds he’d heard in London in previous years, Back To Chill also became the name of Goth-Trad’s monthly dubstep night in Tokyo — set up in 2006 — and saw a release on the UK label Skud Beats, his first official single on a non-Japanese label. At the same time Goth-Trad embarked on his fourth European tour, where he met with dubstep pioneer Mala from Digital Mystikz, at the seminal dubstep night FWD>>. This meeting led to Goth-Trad being signed to Mala’s Deep Medi Musik label and become a fixture of the international dubstep scene, which from 2006 onwards grew at an exponential rate and Goth-Trad soon became one of the genre’s most recognised and loved international artists.

From 2007 onwards Goth-Trad received increased support, respect and interest from across the dubstep and electronica scenes worldwide with people like The Bug, Kode 9, Blackdown, Juju and Skream all playing his music and sharing stages with him. Mary Ann Hobbs was also an early supporter on her Breezeblock show on BBC Radio 1.

Goth-Trad released his first 12” single for Deep Medi Musik in 2007, Cut End. That same year he also released a new Rebel Familia album, includ- ing collaborations with legends Arie Up and Max Romeo. He continued to tour extensively in Japan as well as starting more regular European tours where he appeared at the legendary DMZ dances among others. His eclectic and varied live show made him a firm favourite of European audiences and he has toured Europe every year since 2007.

Hailing from our nation’s capital, Jason Berto aka Yola is dedicated to fostering the ideals of sound system culture in the United States, and most importantly on his home turf in Washington, D.C. via his night “Computa Age”, now in it's fifth year and still running strong. Yola reaches his global audience through his monthly radio show, «Computa Age”, on the award winning, sub.fm, the fourth Sunday of every month (6PM-8PM EST), now in its fourth year.

Yola's DJ career originated from his love for collecting music. Inheriting a vinyl collection from his father at an early age set the stage for his addiction to white labels, limited quantity pressings, and sound. Analog vibes have, and forever will, play a major role in his progression into the digital age. His love for collecting developed into a love for sharing. Curating and exposing the music he holds near and dear became paramount through the launch of his record label, Grand Ancestor, in 2013. The goal, to expose his audience to new and noteworthy music from around the world. The label is now in it’s third year and making a serious name for itself around the globe for its sound system anthems and dedication to limited quantity, vinyl only releases.

In addition to running Grand Ancestor Records, Yola currently operates Washington, D.C.'s first custom Jamaican-style stack known as Grand Ancestor Sound System, hosting earth shattering dances throughout The District. The sound system is a custom built, four-way, analog stack measuring 10ft. tall, 8f.t wide, and 4ft. deep.
