The Institute for Women’s Policy Research and the Food Research and Action Center are pleased to invite you to The State of Interns, our 28th Annual D.C. Summer Intern Mixer. Over the summer, students from across the country come to Washington, D.C., to dedicate their time and skills to hundreds of organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies in the District.
Now it’s time to celebrate all of the work that you do! In addition to mingling and networking with other interns and young professionals from across the country, you will have the chance to learn about the status of women in your state so you can be better equipped to inform and inspire progress in your state or on your campus
All interns and young professionals working in D.C. and interested in public policy are invited to attend.
Complimentary refreshments will be served. Be sure to RSVP through Eventbrite to ensure that we can provide food and drink for all of our guests. Feel free to share this invitation with other interns and young professionals in your network!
Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 202-785-5100 or by email at [email protected]
