Come Learn about the chakras! Before practicing meditation I will give an introduction about the chakras being able to provide you with more knowledge base with the subject.

It changes both the function and structure of the brain to support self-control. For example, regular meditators have more gray matter in the prefrontal cortex.

Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind.
