Come experience authentic rest during this two-hour restorative yoga workshop. You’ll be guided through a number of restorative yoga stations around the room. All the necessary mats, blankets and props will be set-up before you arrive. All you need to do is show up to experience deep nourishing rest. Coupled with soothing music and optional lavender aromatherapy, you’ll leave feeling balanced, refreshed and blissed out.
