Now a regular contributor to The New Yorker and BBC Radio 4, David Sedaris has won fans on two continents with his signature blend of honesty, humor, and storytelling. His books include the now classic Holidays on Ice and Barrel Fever and, most recently, Let’s Explore Diabetes With Owls. For the last forty years this master essayist, humorist, and novelist has also been a dedicated diarist, honing his skills by writing every day and assembling the raw material for his work. Full of odd sightings, overheard conversations, telling moments, and just plain strange stuff that happened, this selection from those diaries shows Sedaris as constantly focused on the world around him.

This event is free to attend with no reservation required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
